This website is about a belief in the power of design in its wider context to communicate, inform and excite.

DesignCredo aims to integrate with your business or organisation and help you communicate to the wider world. It is our belief that the first aim of graphic design is to aid communication. There are an increasing range of avenues available to achieve this.

Websites and eMarketing

Perhaps unusually for designers and photographers our starting point has to be the power of words. This is because websites will not fulfil the aims of our customers without words.

The internet is first and foremost a text driven entity. Search engines are driven by text content and Search Engine Optimisation ( SEO ) is about understanding this and how to gain maximum benefit from the words that we use.

Social Networking

We implore our customers to consider the benefits of social networking particularly where there is a strong 'fit' with their own organisation. There are few businesses that will not gain benefit from this form of online marketing.

This website has a wide remit. Our interests are wide but coherent. Creativity, communication, design, photography and the role of technology to help or hinder all fascinate and excite.

It is our sincere hope that this excitement and passion will be communicated by the posts in this weblog. Thanks for your interest.

Andrew Butler

Andrew Butler is an experienced photographer and is a member of the Chartered Society of Designers. Andrew has studied at Middlesex Polytechnic where he gained an honours degree specialising in psychology. In addition Andrew gained a Post Graduate Certificate in Education at the University of Exeter.
