Topsham based Design Credo have worked with Phil Domville-Musters of PDM Architecture to create a new WordPress based website. Although PDM had an existing site they were unhappy with the existing content management system which meant that they were struggling to update the site themselves. The brief for the site was quite simple,

Make one that looks like our existing site but works.

More Than Just Web-design

As part of the project Design Credo have already developed PDM’s logo but the work doesn’t stop there. Phil has an impressive volume of work to show on the website and numerous interesting articles that have appeared in print in magazines such as Devon Life. All of this work is a testament to the subject knowledge and understanding that PDM have. To get the most out of this, the pages will be edited and structured to gain maximum results from Google and other search engines such as Yahoo and Bing.

Rather than doing this ourselves Design Credo work with customers such as PDM to help them understand how to add meaningful depth and search engine ability to their websites as they develop. As we have previously said, the point at which a WordPress website is made live is the point at which it truly starts to develop.
