While we were in Palermo I was talking to a local dentist. His two wheeled choice was an old Honda 600cc trailie, quite cool as it goes. We discussed the fact that the two wheeled transport in the city was either ratty little ‘step-throughs’ or big BMW GS’s from various eras. He discounted the GS as a lame attempt at status (I have a GS).

No real reason for this image other than that I think it speaks volumes about the place and it’s people.
